Withdrawal, Discontinuation & Refund Policy
No Refund Policy
No refunds will be given for registration fees or monthly fees under any circumstances.
No refunds will be made for any classes missed by a student.
A refund request may be submitted only if withdrawal is due to medical reasons, supported by certified medical documentation. ANASFA reserves the right to accept or reject such requests; its decision is final.
Early Discontinuation — Minimum Fee Obligation
This agreement is a 12-month subscription commitment.
Should a student or parent/guardian choose to discontinue at any point during the 12-month term, a minimum of three (3) months of remaining subscription fees shall become immediately due and payable in full upon the date of discontinuation, regardless of the number of months remaining on the agreement.
Example: If a student discontinues with 7 months remaining, a minimum of 3 months fees (SGD $480 under Plans A/B, or the applicable discounted rate under Plans C/D) must be paid in full at the time of discontinuation.
If fewer than 3 months remain on the agreement at the time of discontinuation, all remaining months fees are due in full.
If a student enrolled under the 12-month subscription wishes to pause or discontinue, the regular (non-discounted) fee structure will apply from the date of discontinuation for any remaining enrolled student(s).
Plan B (2-in-1 Combo) specific condition: If either student discontinues, the remaining student will be charged the full monthly fee of SGD $160 per month with immediate effect from the following month.
Non-Payment & Legal Cost Recovery
All monthly fees are due by the 6th of each month. Any fees remaining unpaid beyond 60 days from the due date will be considered a material breach of this Agreement.
In the event that ANASFA Pte Ltd is required to take legal action or engage a debt collection agency to recover any outstanding fees, the student/parent/guardian shall be liable to pay all associated legal and administrative costs in addition to the outstanding fees.
Legal and collection costs are estimated between SGD $600 and SGD $2,000, depending on the nature and extent of legal proceedings required. These costs are in addition to any unpaid subscription fees, late payment charges, and applicable interest.
By signing this Agreement, the parent/guardian expressly acknowledges and agrees to bear full responsibility for any such legal or collection costs incurred by ANASFA Pte Ltd as a result of non-payment.
Student Conduct & Punctuality
Students must follow all rules, etiquette, dress code, and procedures set by ANASFA.
Students are required to be punctual. Latecomers without valid reason may not be permitted to join the class.
ANASFA reserves the right to terminate a student from any program if they show lack of seriousness, have discipline issues, or fail to meet program requirements. No refund will be given in such cases.
All communication must be directed through the Admin team. Direct communication with teachers is not permitted.
Class Changes & Cancellations
ANASFA reserves the right to change or cancel a scheduled class, or change the instructor, when necessary.
Any cancelled class will be rescheduled by ANASFA, potentially to a different day, time, venue, or teacher.
Rescheduled classes provided for ANASFA-cancelled sessions are valid for 30 days. No refund or carry-over applies thereafter.

Liability, Risk & Indemnity
Classical dance, music, and fine arts classes may be physically strenuous. Participation is on the understanding that there is a risk of personal injury.
ANASFA shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, penalty, cost, or any other consequence arising from participation in its classes or programs, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Vacation & Extended Absence
Absence during vacation is permissible for a maximum of 8 consecutive weeks, provided fees for the vacation period are paid in advance.
It is the responsibility of the student/parent to cover missed classes within one month prior to or after the vacation period. No fee adjustment will be made for such absences.
Additional Costs
Dance uniforms, accessories, music books, dance performance costumes, instruments, and similar items are to be purchased separately at additional cost from ANASFA or its branch.
ANASFA membership fees (Annual: SGD $35 / Lifetime: SGD $550) and renewal charges apply separately.
Auto-Renewal of Subscription
This 12-month subscription agreement is subject to automatic renewal upon its expiry date, unless written notice of non-renewal is provided by the parent/guardian to ANASFA Admin at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the subscription term.
Upon auto-renewal, the subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis or for a new 12-month term as communicated by ANASFA, under the same plan and conditions, subject to any revised fees notified.
Auto-renewal fees will be charged at the prevailing rate applicable at the time of renewal.
Failure to provide timely written notice of non-renewal will result in the subscription being automatically renewed and the corresponding fees becoming due and payable.
Notice of non-renewal must be submitted in writing to the ANASFA Admin team and is not effective until confirmed in writing by ANASFA.
Amendments to Terms
ANASFA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Any amendments will be communicated at least two weeks prior to taking effect.
Fee revisions (including annual fee revisions) may apply upon extension or renewal of enrolment.
Governing Law
